Refund Instructions

GA XI will honor the promise of a full registration refund if the event is canceled because of COVID-19. A full refund will be given to those that request it, otherwise, those already registered for Fall 2020 will be carried over to Fall 2021.

Members have the option to remain registered for the 2021 event. Any conference registrations and t-shirt orders already made or made before September 1st for 2020 at the current rate ($70 per member/$130 per couple) will be honored for the 2021 event.

If you receive a refund you will need to re-register for the 2021 event. The registration fee and t-shirt cost for the 2021 event will increase slightly.

Registrations made after September 1st, 2020 will increase to $80 per member/$150 per couple.  This increase is necessary to offset the increased costs associated with hosting the event in 2021.

GA XI wishes to make the process of requesting a refund simple. To avoid members having to email or make phone calls to request a refund, and for more accurate record-keeping, a simple form has been provided on this website to request a refund.
